In her new role as Chief People Officer, Jennifer Schwerin will oversee all things Talent, including performance management, talent acquisition, wellness initiatives and always with a focus on what matters most to our staff. In the last four years as GSVP, Talent Business Partner, Jennifer has been a strong partner to our business division leaders, earning the respect and trust of staff at all levels.Jennifer brings over 20 years of Human Resources experience helping companies and people grow to meet their full potential, always leading with empathy and compassion. Committed to finding solutions through authentic relationships and trust building, Jennifer is a tireless champion of workplace integrity and bravery.Her previous roles were with Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania, American Red Cross in Greater New York and Habitat for Humanity NYC.  A life-long learner, Jennifer is currently an Executive Coach in Training through NYU’s SPS training program.Hailing from Wisconsin, but East coast at heart, Jennifer lives in Brooklyn.
