Carolyn is the operational lead of the agency. In addition to providing strategic leadership and direction for Finance, IT and Facilities, Carolyn recently launched our Project Management function. In her operational role, Carolyn's focus is to streamline workflow so that everyone else in the agency can focus on delivering brilliant work, innovation and profitable business growth.

Carolyn started her career in public accounting, where she earned her CPA. She has spent the majority of her career working in the marketing communications industry, for both boutique agencies and subsidiaries of such major holding companies as Omnicom.
