Calling all digitally savvy and creative innovators! Join us at MMC & RXM this summer to work on some of the most influential brands in culture – Venus, Pantene, Tide, Novartis, Pfizer, J&J, and more!

MMC & RXM remain focused on inclusive hiring practices and look forward to bringing a diverse group of talent to join us in supporting our clients and their businesses. This opportunity is open to all undergraduate and graduate students with digital first thinking. We have 14 paid internship roles available for rising juniors and seniors across strategy, healthcare, creative, consumer, corporate, content, marketing and more. 

At MMC & RXM, we pride ourselves on supporting and growing junior talent through strong mentor relationships, hands-on involvement throughout the program, and direct interaction with our clients and brands. This is an excellent learning opportunity for young leaders to put their skills and talents to use in an authentic agency setting. And we’re proud to share our interns go on to do big things - many who graduated and took jobs with us are still with us to this day!

Need to know information:

• This year’s intern program will operate in a hybrid model, meaning interns in the tri-state area will have the opportunity to work in our Manhattan office.

• Applicants from out of the NY tri-state area are still encouraged to apply!  

• Applications will be accepted from Thursday, February 10th through Friday, April 22nd. 

• This year’s 10-week program will run from Monday, June 6th through Friday, August 12th.
